Aaron Mitchell, MD
Lead Physician and Medical Director
Dr. Aaron Mitchell feels blessed to have been serving patients in Marion for the past 6 years. In doing so, he truly believes that "A joyful heart is good medicine." - Proverbs 17:22
Dr. Mitchell is highly trained and gives God all the glory for his many accomplishments over the years. He was recently named a delegate to the prestigious Methodist Hospital Physician Leadership Academy, designating the top 20 physicians covering all specialties in the greater Memphis area. He has also led his current team to a Level 3 (Highest Level) PCMH Certification - Patient Centered Medical Home, and they have won recognition for being Hypertension Champions for excellence in treating blood pressure. He was the Chief Resident while training at St. Bernards Hospital and NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR, and is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through true lifestyle change.
Dr. Mitchell serves as the current President of the Crittenden County Medical Society. He is Medical Director of the EMT program at Arkansas State Mid-South and periodically is a guest-lecturer. He also serves as Medical Director for Elite Home Health in West Memphis, AR. He is dedicated to the education of all medical associated professions.
Dr. Mitchell is married to Rebecca, who is a pharmacist, and they have four beautiful children. Dr. Mitchell lives in Marion, attends church at Bellevue Baptist, and is an active member of his community. He has served on medical mission trips overseas to Brazil, Ghana, and Mexico.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Lindley Abrams, a Marion native, is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Lindley graduated from Marion High School
and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
(UAMS) in Little Rock, AR graduating with honors in 2004. Lindley began her career as a Registered
Nurse at Arkansas Children’s Hospital while she continued to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing
degree also from UAMS. In 2010, she obtained her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license with
certification in pediatrics. Since then, Lindley has 6 years of experience in Well Child exams and
treatment of children in a general pediatric clinic. She has spent the last 5 years treating children with
Endocrine disorders, focusing on the treatment of diabetes. In addition, she obtained national
certification in diabetes education and provided quality coordination for the American Diabetes
Association Education Recognition Program at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
Lindley is a member of several professional organizations including the National Association of Pediatric
Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Diabetic Educators. Lindley loves serving others and
has been on two medical mission trips to Honduras with desire to continue serving in this capacity as
time allows. Lindley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, lake time, and exercising with
aspirations to run her first half marathon this year! She is looking forward to returning to her hometown
and investing her life in a local church, with family, and loving on the community. Her care at The Ark Children's Clinic will be centered on providing wholistic, Christ-like care to her patients.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Stacy Reschke is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Stacy knew from
a young age that she wanted to work in healthcare especially after her father
got very sick. 2 Corinthians 1:4 is a source of inspiration for Stacy: "He comforts us in all our
troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give
them the same comfort God has given us." Stacy graduated from Marion High School
and still resides in Marion. She obtained her BSN with honors from Baptist College of
Health Sciences in 2006. She has a nursing background in ICU, NICU and pediatrics.
She graduated with honors from the University of Memphis with her MSN in 2012. Stacy
worked as a nurse practitioner in family practice for four years. She has worked in a
general pediatric clinic for almost four years. She is BLS and PALS certified.
Stacy is married to her husband Paul, with whom she shares 6 children and a
granddaughter. She is a member of Angel’s Way Baptist Church. Stacy loves reading
and traveling, especially to Disney World and to the beach. She is a Razorbacks fan
and an animal lover. Stacy is excited to start this new chapter of her life and to give
back to her community by providing nurturing, faith-based care.
